The Peru Tour is an individual competition open to all pilots owning a legal version of Condor.
13 races will be run.
All participants agree to strictly comply and conform to these rules.


1- Registration and dates :
- The Condor Club registration is mandatory.
Registration for the competition is at the Condor Club : 
- Closing date : Friday 1st of July 2022 at 6:00 pm UTC (20:00 Paris time).
- Registration at our forum is strongly recommended to be kept informed, especially in case of technical problems shortly before the race: and

2- Calendar and Schedule :

Schedule : 06:00 am UTC or 08:00 am Paris local time.

Calendar :
Every Saturday from Saturday April 9 up to Saturday July 2, 2022.

3- Briefing :
"H" being the opening servers time (see below), the briefing will be available:
In the form of simplified briefing by email and at the Condor Club at H-45mn.
In the form of full briefing at the Condor Club at H-15mn.

4- Sceneries and Glider : 
- Sceneries : Cajamarca_Peru [1.0], Huascaran_Peru [1.0] and Lima_Peru [1.0].
- Glider : All races will be on LS4 (Class Club).
The pilot who had not chosen the LS4 will be considered as not having participated on the race and will not be ranked for this race.

5- Servers :
- It is anticipated that at least 2 servers will open simultaneously at 05:58 am UTC or 07:58 am Paris local time.
Name of servers (and class):  "08H00 Le cafe du matin" and "08H00 Le cafe du matin bis".
- Password: no password.
- Maximum allowed Ping: 1000 ms.
- Jointime: 20 minutes, the servers will be available between 07:58 am.  and 08:28 am Paris local time to join the race.
- Race in: 1 minutes for a normal start; there will be no start in regatta mode.
- Window Start: open for 40 minutes.

6- Realism Settings :
- Plane icone range: 30 km.
- Thermal helpers range: 0.
- Turnpoint helpers range: 3 km.
- Allow realtime Scoring: no.
- Allow external views: no.
- Allow padlock views: no.
- Allow smoke: unauthorized.
- Allow plane recovery: unauthorized.
- Allow height recovery: unauthorized.
- Allow mid-air collision recivery: allowed without penalty.
- Cloud flying: maximum penalty.

7- b]Rules in flight[/b]:
- 10 km around the starting line, thermals should be circled left (even if the pilot has already started).
- You need to circle in the same direction as the first glider in the thermal. Direction changes must be done outside of the thermal.
- Restart after turning the first TP is not allowed.
- The glider who has the slope on the right has priority.
- Pilots must cross by the right side ("As on our continental roads...").
- Overpassing a glider must be on its right side ( “As on english roads ...”).

8- Calculation of results and Ranking :
- For each race, the pilot with the best time will score 1000 points from which are deducted penalty points.
- A crash during a race gives a null score to the pilot of this given race.
- For a field landing points are computed according to the distance travelled.
- For the final ranking, only the best 10 results are taken into account.
- The task being completed or not, the pilot must upload its .ftr file at the Condor Club before  11:00 am UTC is 01h00 pm Paris time, the race day.
To do that, the pilot shall use the link at the very bottom of the page of the Condor Club briefing that points to the page :  Condor Club/Peru Tour/General Ranking/Competition Day n°x/Race Results. This is on this page that .ftr are to be uploaded.
- Even in case of landing or crash, each pilot must upload his .ftr file.
- If there is no .ftr file, the driver will not be classified.
- In case of disconnection, the pilot shall continue the flight offline without delay and upload the .ftr file at the Condor Club when the flight is completed.
- Once the race is started and because of a server failure a disconnection occurs, the involved pilots shall continue the flight offline without delay and upload the .ftr file as indicated above.

9- Claims :
- Claims and inquiries by PM (forum Private Message) or Condor Club or email will not be processed!
- Any claim must be submitted under the appropriate topic, not later than 48 hours after the start of the race :
- Claims related to a server failure will not be processed (That's life!)

10- Organizers team :
- JJ SEGUI (SEG) and Jean "PiedAlu" (PIC) is the organizing team.

- The organizing team can change the rules of the competition at any time, if necessary and justification of the change will be given in the « Rules » topic.

- The organizing team is the jury. In case of dispute, it is supreme and its decisions are final.

11- Cheating :
- Any attempt to cheat will be punished by the pilot disqualification.
